(Escanaba, Michigan) – Delta Fence & Construction, an Upper Michigan leader in residential and commercial fencing solutions donated matching proceeds from their inner office NCAA Men’s Basketball Bracket Tournament. The donation of dog and cat supplies was made to the Delta Animal Shelter on behalf of this year’s winning bracket. The lucky winner was Kevin Sodermark, Delta Fence Owner.
“My strategy was to pick winners. Michigan played well all year. I had a good feeling about them going into the tournament,” said Kevin.
Kevin’s winning bracket had Michigan winning the Championship. He won bracket tournament with 119/196 total points!
Delta Fenceman was on hand at the Delta Animal Shelter to present the donation of cat and dog food supplies. When asked about supporting the Shelter, Fenceman responded, “It makes good sense. Between the combined staff at Delta Fence and L&C we have thirty-five total cats and dogs as family pets. Most of which were adopted from the Shelter. We average of over two pets per employee.” Fenceman said with a smile. “So, for us it was a no brainer to help where help is needed.”
